The European Beach Ultimate community is heading back to a landmark in modern beach ultimate history.
The European Beach Ultimate Championships 2026 will take place in Figueira da Foz, Portugal, from 16–18 October 2026.
This iconic Atlantic coast location is no stranger to beach ultimate. In 2004, Figueira da Foz hosted the first-ever BULA World Beach Ultimate Championships, marking the birthplace of international beach ultimate competition. More than two decades later, Europe returns to the sand that started it all.
The 2026 championships will be jointly organized by BULA, the European Flying Disc Federation (EFDF), and Associação Portuguesa de Ultimate e Desporto do Disco (APUDD), combining deep experience in elite beach events with strong local expertise.
